Change starts with conversations — those that are real, honest, and sometimes a little bit uncomfortable. I’ve seen again and again that when people speak the truth, even awkwardly, something positive in us begins to shift.
That’s why I believe in clarity — not to offer all the answers, but to create space for what really matters to people, stories that need to be surfaced. I ask the question that no one asks, not to provoke but to help move things forward.
I challenge assumptions, gently but with intention, because the real work often starts there. When things feel complex or stuck, I help teams find the thread. Something people can hold onto and act on.
The moments that stay with me are when a team realises change is possible. When a culture starts to soften and shifts. When something small — a question, a pause, a choice — ripples into something deeper. That’s what keeps me in this work.
